What we collect

• Contact form and email: your name, phone, email and message, which are emailed to us. The sender's IP address is included in that email to help us stop spam.
• WhatsApp: if you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply to that conversation.
• Blog accounts (erp.finflowprime.com/blog): your name, email address, password (stored only as a one-way hash), optional photo and introduction, the articles and files you upload, and security logs of important actions. Your email is never shown publicly; your name, photo, introduction and published articles are.
• Web apps (ERP, School, Store): the business data you or your organisation enter, and your sign-in details. This data is handled under your agreement with us.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The blog and apps use a sign-in cookie that is needed to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage to remember choices such as language, theme and reading preferences. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and operation.

Voice typing

If you use voice typing in the blog editor, your browser's speech service may send audio to its provider (for example Google or Apple). If cloud voice typing is switched on, audio may be sent to our speech provider for transcription only. We do not keep the audio, only the text you confirm.

How we use it

To reply to enquiries, provide and secure the Services, review and publish articles, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the Services (such as our hosting and email providers) or when the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep data as long as it is needed for the purposes above. To access, correct or delete your personal data, or to close a blog account, email and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We will update this page and its date when practices change.
