1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of finflowprime.com and erp.finflowprime.com (the ERP, School, Store and Blog software), together called the "Services", operated by FinFlow PRIME, Lahore, Pakistan. By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. Accounting and advisory work

Accountancy, taxation, store-management and similar professional work is provided under a separate written engagement or quotation agreed with you. If that engagement conflicts with these terms, the engagement prevails. Information on this website is general and is not advice for your specific situation. Regulated services are provided subject to applicable licensing and authorization.

3. Software and accounts

FinFlow ERP, FinFlow School, FinFlow Store and the FinFlow Blog are provided as online services. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private, for the accuracy of the data you enter, and for all activity under your account. Keep your own backups of important records. We may suspend an account that is misused or that puts the Services or other users at risk.

4. Blog and user content

Articles are written by registered authors. Authors confirm they own, or have permission to publish, what they submit. Nothing is published until an administrator approves it, and we may edit, decline, unpublish or remove any content at our discretion. Opinions in articles belong to their authors and are not professional advice from FinFlow PRIME. Do not post unlawful, defamatory, misleading or infringing content.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Services, scrape private data, send spam through the contact form, or use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The FinFlow PRIME name, logos, software and site design belong to FinFlow PRIME. You keep ownership of the content and business data you put into the Services and give us permission to store and display it only as needed to run the Services for you.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the Services available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, FinFlow PRIME is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
